Rear Differential Bushing Core
6082-T6 aluminum core for a rear differential mounting bushing on the GM T1XX platform. Part SS-CB0475-200 combines an extruded profile with CNC machining for the bushing assembly interface.
6082-T6 / GM T1XX / CNC

The aluminum core within the rear differential mounting bushing
The complete bushing assembly connects the rear differential to the vehicle frame. Yuntian supplies the aluminum core shown here, which forms part of that assembly. The application drawing identifies the rear differential mounting location on the GM T1XX platform.

Aluminum billets
Aluminum cast billets form the starting material for the extrusion route.
Preheating
Preheat the aluminum billet, extrusion die and extrusion press before forming.
Extrusion
A 1,250-tonne fully automatic aluminum extrusion line forms the profile.
In-line quenching
Quenching follows extrusion within the documented production line.
Straightening
Straighten the extruded profiles on the extrusion production line.
Profile cutting
Cut the extruded profiles before subsequent processing.
Artificial ageing
Use an ageing furnace for the documented heat-treatment stage.
Material & profile inspection
Inspect material and profile characteristics using the methods detailed below.
Inspection ↓Blank cutting
A fully automatic CNC aluminum cutting machine prepares the component blanks.
CNC machining
CNC lathes machine the core to the component drawing.
Magnetic cleaning
Magnetic cleaning follows machining before final inspection.
Finished component inspection
Sunyo one-click measuring equipment and coordinate measurement support final dimensional checks.
Packaging & storage
Protect, box and store the finished components for delivery.
Protective packing and organized storage ↓Material, dimensional and surface inspection
The documented inspection route includes spectrometry, tensile testing, hardness testing, electron microscopy, surface roughness measurement and coordinate measurement. Finished components are checked using Sunyo one-click measuring equipment and a coordinate measuring machine.

Inspection items and acceptance limits are agreed against the customer drawing and specification.
Quality management ↗Protective packing and organized storage
Finished cores are arranged with protective separation before boxing and storage. Discuss quantities per carton, identification and shipping requirements for your order.
