Drawing & material review
Review pipe or hose interfaces, mounting geometry, alloy, temper and the required connection method.
Cutting & CNC machining
CNC aluminum profile cutting, turning and milling capabilities support the specified component geometry.
Tube forming & assembly
Available equipment includes CNC aluminum tube bending, tube end forming and riveting. Process suitability is reviewed for each drawing.
Dimensional & leak inspection
Dimensional and material inspection capabilities include CMM and hardness measurement. Air-leak test equipment is available for automotive A/C connection tubes; test criteria are agreed for the part.
