Production process
Raw materials
Rubber material preparation. Natural rubber processing is available. The final compound is confirmed for the selected model.
Mixing
Rubber mixing on a rubber mixing mill. Compound and processing requirements follow the agreed product specification.
Vulcanization
Forming and curing with a rubber platen vulcanizing press. The process is defined for the component and its bonding requirements.
Packaging & storage
Finished supports and accessories are packed for handling and storage. Packing configuration is agreed with the customer.
